3. Digital Payment and Integration Services

The Company may provide technology-enabled support for digital payment collection, payout or disbursement workflows, payment gateway integrations, API-based transaction processing, and UPI-based payment features.

Such services are offered strictly as an IT-enabled service provider and, where applicable, in collaboration with RBI-regulated banks, payment service providers, aggregators, or other legally authorized entities. The Company does not represent itself as a bank, NBFC, wallet issuer, or regulated financial institution unless specifically licensed to do so.

4. User Obligations

When using our website or services, you agree to provide accurate and lawful information, maintain the security of any credentials provided to you, and use the services only for legitimate and lawful purposes.

• You must not use our services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading activities.
• You must not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with our systems.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all data, content, and instructions supplied by you are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

Our services may depend on third-party hosting providers, cloud services, payment gateways, APIs, communication tools, analytics platforms, domain providers, or other technology vendors. Their performance, availability, and terms are outside our direct control.

You acknowledge that use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective privacy policies, service agreements, and compliance requirements.

9. Confidentiality

We will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared with us for the purpose of service delivery. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services if these terms are violated, if services are used for unlawful or high-risk purposes, if invoices remain unpaid, if false information is supplied, or if continued engagement presents compliance, security, legal, or reputational risk.

Termination shall not affect payment obligations, accrued rights, or clauses that are intended to survive termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
